Audio/Video Experts was created by the former co/owner and founder of Pure Digital Surround which was founded as a sole proprietorship in April of 2005, and dissolved as a partnership in January of 2012. The main focus of our new company moving forward is all about customer service, and having our customers more than satisfied with the completed project and/or products that have been purchased. Whether it is a surround sound system, home theater, whole home audio system, or even a premium TV installation, we take the time to guide you through your project. We believe it is extremely important to emphasize the design and planning stages to ensure that our customers receive an "end result" that matches or exceeds their original expectations. Each and every system is a custom design that is tailored to customer preferences and the respective space provided. This company was founded by a former satellite installation technician that could not believe the lack of quality work performed by Audio/Video companies charging an arm and a leg for sub-par workmanship. It was decided shortly after, that a quality oriented A/V company with acute attention to detail, was greatly needed in the area.
