There was a lack of communication on All Metal roofing part and they would not return calls at all. The would not show up on the promised dates and the overall experience was disgusting. I would never recommend this company to any friends due to the poor service. We had to go so far as to contact the Attorney Generals office. They started the job and worked one day and then they were a no show for weeks and at this point we will have to seek another company to complete the job. Oh, we have massive leaking now!!!!

My house was damaged during the tornado that hit Fayetteville NC on 16 April 2011. After some struggling with the insurance and mortgage companies, work was ready to get started on the house. Signed a contract with AllMetal Roofing Company on the 9th of May 2011, for a total project cost of 25,602.18. Gave them a personal check in the amount of 500.00, followed by a cashiers check in the amount of 12301.09 for the half up front cost of the project. They removed the carport, and additional damages hidden by the wreckage of the carport were found, as well as damages to the family room extension of the house that weren't noticeable until the roof over that section had been removed. I had to call in the insurance adjuster again. They rebuilt the carport, and asked for an additional 2500.00 to cover the cost of the roofing materials that were all ready made and waiting for pick up, which I paid. I also gave them the second installment of the full value of work of 6400.55 plus an additional 1099.45 for work done on the family room portion of the house. I had asked Charles to work up an estimate for siding the front and side of the house in case the insurance company didn't give me enough to re-brick. He said he would have it for in week or so and that they would be back to fill in the post hole for carport roof support and to put some of the vinyl siding on the house that wouldn't get in the way of the brick masons. I had the house re-bricked, and called AllMetal, and was informed they had been waiting on me to call. I wasn't sure about that statement but let it slide as a miss-communication, and was told to call back. This was in October of 2011, I have called numerous times since then and only get their answering machine. My roommate has called numerous times as well since he stays in the back room and it began leaking. I have e-mailed twice with no response and have sent a certified letter as well, still nothing. The rain storms this past weekend completely wen't through what water proofing they did. I have water spots and sagging areas of the ceiling in the kitchen, I have a light fixture that is actually full of water, my ceiling fan in the kitchen is starting to sag from water damage. My house in ruins due to their lack of professionalism in NOT completing the job and NOT trying to contact me or return any of my attempts at contacting AllMetal Roofing of North Carolina. I have photos of the damage and two roommates that can witness to the fact that this damage is due to AllMetal Roofing of North Carolina's neglect. Their website shows a photo of a job they completed in November less than hour from my location so they are still in business, just refusing to complete their business with me.

Did an excellent job discussing the product. Signed contract. Scheduled date (November 28) to perform the work. Tried contacting the week before to confirm the date. Did not get a response. Got a call the morning of November 28 at 6:30am to say that they were running behind schedule and they would reschedule for December 7. When December 7 rolled around, not a word. Finally made contact after numerous attempts using phone, cell and e-mail. Rescheduled twice more. Finally did the job on December 23. The work was to a high quality. On December 28, I found 4 scratches. Reported them. As of this date (2/9/2012), they have not returned to touch up the scratches.
