Excellent prep and cleanup

Lisa used a crew of 4-5 and was often working on site as well. The property is covered in shale and is quite steep. Her crew cleaned all of the shale off the top so that grass could germinate. They collected the shale and covered the ground under the decks in the back. Drainage is an issue and she created a dry-bed to detour water to the side of the property. She made improvements on the builder's drainage when she felt it was needed. She took the time to improve areas that we didn't even envision and left the site immaculate. I had pulled some extra flagstone from the construction (this is a new home) and Lisa laid out a path with it. She was very attentive to detail and treated it like it was her own property...nothing was overlooked. She met with me to go over care of the plantings. She felt some plants would do better if started in the fall, so we'll be finishing up with her. I was particularly impressed with the way she used what was available. We had wood chips from the clearing of the property and she used those as a base and in areas where it was less visible to save money. She used the shale on the property to create the dry bed and as a ground cover under the decks.Nirvana is amazing! I'd highly recommend them.

He is such a perfectionist. He used much more time and effort than expected. They go way beyond what you expect to make sure the job looks perfect. It looked beautiful and the price was reasonable.

The work they performed was excellent - We also had a major rain fall the following week on 7/11/12 which washed a little of the straw away. I called them the same day of the storm and they came out the next morning and repaired the damage caused by the rain. I am highly impressed with their work and concern that this project comes out as expected
