Description of Work: Replaced sink, toilet, and installed new handles in tub.

Description of Work: Chris fixed several plumbing issues at a house I was selling. He arrived on time every time, explained what needed to be done, provided an estimated cost, and got to it. I've used Chris Autry several times and have no complaints.

Description of Work: Craig Autry came out to the house and gave us an estimate of costs for the water pump. He referred us to the appropriate people and gave us a good idea of what to expect. We have used him before for frozen pipes and he was excellent.

Description of Work: Autry Plumbing replaced the water main for my 100 yrs old bungalow. This entailed getting permits from city and county, and new in ground installations. They recommended what type of pipe would last best for the terrain and soil and replaced what needed replacing. Their work is guaranteed. They were very careful about trenching, which they did themselves, and saved my hydrangea, which was a valuable bush. A new water meter was not required. Chris and his helpers were very pleasant and professional. Their fee is in the middle; however, many service folks do not have the skills to work on older homes and simply do not appear! I had seen Autry working up the street on another neighbor's 100 year old bungalow and knew they could do the work.

Description of Work: Reconnected plumbing after a new sink install.

Description of Work: Chris, their technician, had to crawl through raw sewage in our crawl space in a hazmat suit to repair a broken drain pipe under a toliet. He was very courteous and professional. After the repair he spread lime under the house to cause the sewage to decompose quickly.

Description of Work: Have used them several times. Own an older rental house in mountains but live in Piedmont. Had to replace old pipes under house this time. Can trust them to do a good job when I am not there.

Description of Work: I called Autry Plumbing because a toilet in my house was not flushing properly. The water kept running but the bowl wouldn't fill, so I turned off the water to the toilet and called Autry. I was told they would arrive between 1 and 2, and precisely on the dot of 1:00, the plumber arrived. He took a look at the toilet, which at this point had somehow filled with water when before it would not. He turned the water back on, did something to part of the mechanism in the tank, flushed the toilet a few times, and it was fine! He said that the toilet mechanism was very strange and possibly a design flaw in that particular brand, but there was nothing to fix. He explained to me that I might need to shut off the water, turn it back on, and flush it a couple of times if the same thing should happen again.

Description of Work: Unstopped a pipe leading from kitchen sink/ disposal to another pipe. Craig Autry has done this a number of times, because I am the unlucky owner of original plumbing work which was carelessly chosen and installed.
