+ -1 moreIt was amazing. Yesterday they gave me a quote over the phone, once I gave them my serial number. Called 30 mins prior to coming out. Showed me what the problem was before he replaced it and that it was ok with me. Brought the parts with them after I gave them make, model and serial number of dryer. I would recommend them to anyone. Great business practices for a mom and pop shop.
