Mr. Locklear does excellent work. Be prepared to wait because he has to make them, but it's well worth the wait. Love them, and we would hire him again.

The most disorganized group of people I have ever dealt with. I was originally quoted 41k for cabinets. They had all of the plans and the plans did not change for any of the bathrooms or built ins. I had to call repeatedly to get the quote and set appointments which should have been a huge red flag but I just assumed they were busy. Even the initial quote had the wrong counters I picked out and they said “oh I was just used to putting granite on there”. So, that was shrugged off. Then once he measured he said he forgot a bathroom and then added 3k to my quote for a tiny vanity!!! Clearly there were 4 bathrooms on the original quoted plans. So once again I paid for his mistake even though it was on the plan he quoted. There was no extra material at all! I was so invested at this point I agreed reluctantly. Now, the cabinets are in and are not the color I told the lady I wanted and my dining room buffet is missing. Which I know he measured because I was standing next to him in the dining room when we looked at it and he said that it was too shallow for drawers and he would just have to put cabinets there. He now wants to bill me 2600 to paint the cabinets and asked my husband to tape them all off!!!! So now we are over 5600 more than the initial quote and I am missing an entire dining room built in. We have built an entire very custom home and this has been the only headache of the entire house. Save yourself headache and go somewhere else. Even details like the recycling center in the kitchen island was left out and it was on his drawing. They are either disorganized or way too busy to give quality care and service and make certain they are doing the correct things. Then in the end they just blame the customer or their lack of care and still charge more money.
