Right before we were to sign the contract, the numbers all changed and they charged us more for everything. We caught them in a couple of major discrepancies on the prices of labor and materials. We did not give them the work.
Description of Work: They over inflated the price of the work in the estimate.

This is still ongoing and I will write the resolution at a later date.
Description of Work: Mr. John Thames and his son Carson and the Forman, Matt. have been at our home many times trying to est the damage that termites have done to this house. The termite Inspector had missed almost 120 k dollars of damage before we bought this house. So we need to get the home repaired. Thames constrution Co. has been like a champion for our cause. A true blessing when you need someone with the right knowledge to guide you.
