+ -1 moreHe did a lot of work for us this summer like replacing a pump. We?ve never had a problem with him and I think his prices are very good. He comes when he says he will and he brings the parts so you never have to wait. When he closed our pool we were out of chemicals so he charged a little extra. I highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreThe experience went very well. Pool heaters can be very pricey to repair and we think his labor charges were fair.
Description of Work: Jeff Joly drove over 50 miles to service our Hayward Pool heater. He had to make 2 trips due to parts ordering and was very professional with his advice. He communicated over email for the second assessment and estimate of the work needed to be completed. He also suggested alternatives and was very knowledgeable of the subject.

+ -1 moreEvery time that we have done business with Jeff, he and his service have been outstanding. He shows up when he says he'll be there, he knows my pool and is able to handle anything that we send his way. His prices are very reasonable for the valuable service that he provides. We've used him in the past and plan on using him in the future.
Description of Work: The first time that we used Joly Enterprises was when Jeff opened and fixed our pool last year (08-09) after I attempted to run it all winter. Needless to say, it was a harsher winter than the year before and some of my PVC broke after the water froze and expanded. He came in and gave me a good estimate of what it would cost to fix and get up and running for the season. Then, this past Fall we had him come back and properly close the pool, pull the plugs on the filter and pump, remove the chlorinator, etc.
