EARL'S ELECTRICAL HEATING

Arrived home last Saturday from out of town to a cold house. Our heat pump had died during the middle of an arctic blast. Phone call to Earl’s was picked up on the first ring and a very skilled, very nice technician was at our house within 30 minutes. Did what was necessary outside IN THE COLD, IN THE DARK to make the heat pump “limp along” until a new unit is available for installation. I am a fan for life!

The workman were professional and proficient. The quality of work was excellent. The only snag in the venture was that we had twice requested to be informed if there was wood rot on the house prior to the connector unit being adhered to the house. The new unit was smaller than the previous one. We had to have them return to unseal the connection so that we could replace 3 boards (which we did over the weekend) then return to reseal the unit which elongated the time schedule by a couple of weeks.

Came out the same day as I called. Worker was friendly and explained things well. Ordered part but in meantime used one of their motors. Would highly recommend rhem.to anyone. 5 stars service

Service was provided when scheduled and for agreed price and it works fine. We only had one problem, a part from the factory failed to function on start up, but Earl's got a replacement and installed it (at no additional cost) and the unit is fine. The job was neatly done in spite of having to install part of the system in a cramped attic. This unit replaced old and separate heating and cooling systems. The old cooling unit was too small to cool the space. Earl's has done other work for us previously -- mostly electrical work. I recommend them. Howard Whitehurst, Laurinburg, NC
