+ -1 moreWe depended on this Inspection, and we bought the house. Now, we found out there is $ 93,000 dollars worth of damage in the house, and live Termites !!! When we called him back out he said he did not know how they could have missed this and he would call his Insurance company to fix this valid claim. That was 8 months ago and now we are having to pay a lawyer to sue them just to get our house fixed. They will not fix it, and we cannot afford to pay this lawyer much longer .....
Description of Work: This was a home Inspection for Termites BEFORE We bought the house. They told us there was NO termite damage or Infestation.

Description of Work: We've gotten a contract with Canady's Termite & Pest Control for pest control services. We haven't been able to actually use their service yet. We had them to do the bug stuff every 90 days and then they're going to come out and do the termite protection.

+ -1 moreThey do a good job. If you see something after they leave they will come back and spray for free. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I use them for my pest-control services every three months.
