Description of Work: I received an Offer to Purchase on my house via email from this company after one 10 minute conversation. The Offer was too good to be true except it was an old real estate form and they only offered to put Ten Dollars ($10.00) into an escrow account. I ran a back ground check on the company and the owner and found no legitimate NC corporate listing and several large judgments against the owner. I assumed it was a scam so I agreed to accept the Offer to Purchase if the entire purchase price was put into an escrow attorneys account that I chose. He immediately withdrew his offer. I still think it was a scam.
