In a f/u email Mr. Sabastiano on 5/7, he assured me he'd provide the estimate within a couple of days...it never came. I sent a 2nd note on 5/21 and again, no response. In my emails I expressed how impressed I was and that I wanted to hire him to provide the services I needed."
