The day it happened I called, he said there would be a charge this time to fix the outlet. I said ok. The men came and it turned out that I had checked the wrong breaker. They flipped it and were gone in 60 secs. I called the owner and told him and he hung up on me. He then sent me a $65 bill. I called to talk to him about this bill. He said they came to my house so he charged me. I said they didn't do anything. He said that it was not his fault I was ignorant and checked the wrong switch. I asked then that because I was a woman and checked the wrong switch, and am therefore ignorant, I am getting charged $65. He said yes. He asked why my husband didn't check it. I said he was working and that he works late. He said he wanted his money by the weekend because he had things planned. I said that I had 30 days to pay. He said he would report me to a collections agency. I said that I had 30 days. He said he wanted it by the weekend. He said that I was lucky that was all he was charging me. He said he was wasting his time talking to me on the phone and should charge me for that too. I was then too upset to talk and my husband was beeping in. I thanked him for his services and time and hung up.
