"Disclosure loved the awning when it worked. Purchased and had an A& Awning installed 1.5 years ago. Attempted to use it the beginning of the summer. Awning would only move approximate 1 every time the button is pressed. So I manually extended the awning. Tried other times throughout the summer after swapping the battery in the remote with no luck. Called A & Awning and explained the issue and I was told it sounds like the motor needs to be either reprogrammed or replaced. Was also told during the conversation that there is 5 year warranty on the motor that is covered but I would be required to pay $175.00 service fee, which I do not agree with. We spent thousands of dollars on an item that we used for only one summer and a handful of times and now need to spend more money on to fix a warrantied part. I honestly wish I would have just spent a little more money and had a permanent overhead future installed."

I come from a family of builders, developers, remodelers, electricians, appraisers, realtors, and many other trades in the building industry. My father, who taught me the trades, is a master developer, architect, designer, and builder. He has some of the highest-selling properties in my hometown in California.
