Oscar understands English but speaking is not his strong suit. This is why I didn't give him all five stars. However, we quickly arrived at a fair price and he was on site the next day as promised. He efficiently completed the job of replacing a piece of house siding which was torn off by a storm. The section of tin flashing was along the roof and maybe thirty feet off the ground. He also had a special machine to form the edges to fit just like the original. I would recommend.

Oscar was amazing. provided a written estimate within 24 hours of my first call and once I decided to use him, was out the next day and completed several tasks including replacing the deck boards on a landing, steps and railings included, replacing posts at base of stairs, replacing 2x4 fascia at top of large shed, replacing window trim on two shed windows, and installing double screw draw pulls. He did great work, did more than expected (e.g. entire steps instead of just two boards), finished in one day even though it meant working in the rain, and cleaned up everything! He even used a drop cloth when he WALKED in my house and got every spec of sawdust out of kitchen drawers. Amazing.

Oscar did an excellent job replacing the steps and railings on my back desk. He was professional in everything he did and brought the railings up to code.

Oscar came by to give us an estimate when he said he would. The estimate was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. He arrived to do the repairs when he said he would and completed the work in the same day. The repairs to two window frames, some siding, trim pieces, and painting all look great! I m going to hire him for other repairs in the future. He s pleasant, reliable, honest, and very skilled. Very professional.
