Description of Work: Extensive drywall repair and painting. Pleased that crew spent several hours doing prep to protect hardwood floors, carpets, cabinets, light fixtures, etc. All workers punctual and skilled. |Overall outstanding experience. I dreaded having the work done because of past experiences with drywall repairs, this company is commended for doing all possible to minimize the inevitable drywall dust. |Special notes: Owner's agent provided insurance confirmation adding me as a named insured. No payment was requested until work completed.

+ -1 moreThe job looks wonderful. They were very precise on the painting and it looks like it came out of a magazine. The painters were very polite, professional and easy to have around. I respect the quality of the work and would hire them again.
Description of Work: O & S removed wallpaper, primed and painted two coats of color, painted ceilings and sprayed the crown moldings. They also painted the trim two coats. They also painted the ballasters on the stairs. The price also included them to supply all materials. This was the second time I used them.

+ -1 moreHe provided me with an estimate one month before I was due to move into the house. Octavio and his crew arrived on time and finished the job in 3 days. He used low odor paint that dried quickly. On the second day the movers came while they were painting. The crew stayed out of their way and even lent the movers some tools that they needed. There were up to 6 painters in the house at times yet they were never loud. Very polite and careful to clean up after themselves each day.The floors,windows and lights were all covered with plastic. The paint lines are very straight. It all appears very smooth. Probably the most professional and best paint job I have had done in 25 years.
Description of Work: His crew removed wall shelving and painted the walls.ceilings and trimwork of a very large kitchen, living room with a cathedral ceiling, dining room, stairway and upstairs hallway with numerous bookcases. The walls were patched, sanded, primed & given 2 coats of paint as were the ceilings. In the kitchen he repaired a hole in the ceiling that had been cut out by the electician. Three coats of paint were placed on the walls& ceilingsin the kitchen. All paint,primer and materials were supplied by O&S Propainting.

+ -1 moreThe job is exquisite. I have had painters before but O & S Pro Painting & Drywall Co does the best job I have ever seen. There was a very heavy fabric wallpaper on the walls of the entry way, upstairs hall and living room that had been there 27 years and was too difficult for me to remove. Octavio's men came in and removed the fabric wallpaper, paste, primed and painted two coats on the ceilings, walls, trim and doors and sprayed the dentill crown moldings. There was a two story section that was about 18 feet high that was above the stair railing. They only spent 3 1/2 days and they cleaned up everything and I couldn't get over how beautiful it is. I will never consider another painter other than O & S Pro Painting and Drywall Co. They stand behind their work and will make themselves available should you have any issues. I highly recommend them and will use them again myself.
Description of Work: The job involved removing cloth wallpaper that was installed about 27 years ago. It had a lot of paste and was difficult to remove.They also primed and painted(two coats) ceilings,walls, trim and crown moldings. The rooms involved were the entry way, the upstairs hall and the living room. There was a large area that was two stories high and required a ladder at least 18 feet long. The men were always punctual, and polite. This was the second time I used Octavio's company (the first time was for an insurance claim through CRC) and they did an outstanding job. I plan to use them again on other areas of the house.

+ -1 moreThe quality of the paint they used and the way in which they did it was excellent. In regards to puncutuality... they got me up! They were eager to begin early at 7am and stay until 7 or 8 at night. There were two guys and they did a lot of painting during that process and it included 32 gallons of paint.
Description of Work: This company did all of the painting in our home during a major remodeling project including kitchen, bath, stairwell, foyer, hallway and family room. It included ceiling and trim and 2 coats on the walls.
