Description of Work: Missed scheduled day to paint twice. Did not reply to resulting emails/calls to reschedule again.

Description of Work: had appointment for Friday 5/3 at 9 am, called me night before asking if he could come on Sat. instead. I said OK. I told Lee that I had a very heavy armoire and he said no problem, he could move anything with his moving disks. I emphasized again that it was Very Heavy. When Jeff came to paint, he couldn't move the armoire and was trying to get in touch with Jeff to come help him move it. He walked out of the house while I was on the phone, without saying anything to me. He drove away. I called after an hour to see if I could get up with Lee to find out if they were coming back, but never got a call back. After several hours, I called to request a refund that afternoon.

Description of Work: We purchased a deal through Angie's List for 3 hours of wallpaper removal. Initial contact was quick and a date was scheduled. The day before the appointment we received a call that he would have to reschedule. He never called to reschedule. I called a month later to let him know that we would seek a refund for the job. He e-mailed a response that indicated that he forgot to reschedule. I am choosing a refund over having the job performed by this contractor.

Description of Work: Made appt for monday 2/18 with Lee Withrow - called him friday before to confirm. he did not remember our appt, but said he would keep it. Called back and rescheduled for Wed 2/20. Came out but did not have tools to do the job, Rescheduled for Fri 2/22, called fri rescheduled for today at 1:00. 1:15 said would be coming. At 2:30 I called him and left a message to call me back. Did not. Called again, 3:00 and told him it is too late, not going to work out and to call me. Still have not heard from him.

Description of Work: My husband and I scheduled our painting appointment a week in advance. The painter called us Friday night at 9:05 pm to cancel his 9:00 am painting appointment, stating that he needed to re-schedule us because his prior painting jobs had taken longer than expected. Needless to say, we had already moved all of our furniture into the middle of the room & had planned for our living room to be painted the next day. This not only was extremely inconvenient to us, it was tremendously unprofessional to call less than 12 hours before he was supposed to be at our house. We will definitely not use this company in the future, nor will we recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: I called meticulous Painiting and Drywall the day after buying the deal. I knew I wanted the work done quickly and I'd have to schedule asap. The owner called me the day before the scheduled service to say he needed to reschedule. I did so happily and rescheduled for a day in early November. We had talked about a few different dates and settled on one that was completely free on his calendar. I received a message a few days before the painting was to be done that he had 3 other appointments scheduled on that same day. I have not returned his call and I have since had my entire downstairs painted by a dependable company. I still plan to use my deal. I'm hoping to paint one of the upstairs bedrooms so that my $99 doesn't go to waste. This man seems very nice but I think he bit off more than he could chew. I will call him soon to schedule another day to paint but I won't hold my breath!

Description of Work: Removed wallpaper.Advised on drywall needs and gave estimate. Will use again.

Description of Work: We ended up having them paint as well. It was a very challenging removal and a lot of drywall repair was required. But they stuck with it and in the end it looks impeccable.
