+ -1 moreTHEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT ONCE THEY SHOWED UP. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS IT TOOK THREE WEEKS FOR THEM TO SHOW UP TO EVEN START. THEY WERE VERY POLITE.
Description of Work: THEY HAD THE NEW STORM DOOR FOR THE FRONT DOOR TO HANG UP.

+ -1 moreTHEY KEPT DELAYING ME. THERE WAS LACK OF INFORMATION TO THE CONSUMER. THEY ARE UNINFORMED SALES PEOPLE AND NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE TO THEIR OWN PRACTICES. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND THEY ARE NOT ON TIME. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OVERALL ON THE WINDOWS, THOUGH.

+ -1 moreLOWE'S SENT OUT A CREW THAT WAS VERY INFORMATIVE, AND THEY KNEW ALL OF THE LATEST PLUMBING CODES SO EVERYTHING WAS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I REALLY DIDN'T CARE FOR THE EXTRA COST, BUT THE QUALITY WAS GOOD.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A NEW WATER HEATER AND GOT RID OF THE OLD ONE.
