Jeff Pearson Home Repairs

I had used Jeff Pearson several times to do various tasks (clean gutters, put up Christmas lights, etc.). The work was usually done well, but I never knew when he was coming. He'd always call to say he was running late. Several times he never showed up so I just stopped using him. Unlike the previous review Jeff was always polite to me, but his lack of professionalism in showing up was disappointing

He was very good, very timely came in and got the job done, they did clean up every thing.

I used Craigslist to contact Jeff Pearson Home Repairs and Handyman Services on Aug. 9 to do a mobile home repair. He was to look at the property that evening. The next day he texted me that he was delayed and would get to it that evening. A week later, he said he would get to it over the weekend. Two total weeks went by, and he never contacted me and never went to the property. When I called him on Aug. 20 and asked if he thought this was a good business practice, he said to get someone else and hung up on me. I texted that I would put this on Angie?s list. Here is his texted response, ?Sir-I am going to go work on a piece of s*** double wide when I?m repairing 750,000 homes-go get f+++ed & if I see any bull+++t on Angie?s list-don?t be mad when I knock on your front door & ask you outside to discuss this face to face. Not a threat-just real talk. If you want to act like a little b****-when I see you I hope you got some balls to back up your little b**** attitude. I can handle my end you f*++ing p****. I will check Angie?s list everyday-once I see {I?m on} there I will pay you a personal visit.? I would be very wary of using someone with this kind of anger management issues.
