Colors Plus

Description of Work: Vincent came out to my house towards the end of July to provide an estimate on painting my entire kitchen. We just finished a complete gut and remodel and the entire kitchen needed paint. He emailed an estimate, we agreed on the price and set a date. I had to post-pone due to some cabinet issues being delayed a day. I immediately contacted Vincent to set up a new day as I didn't want to waste his time. He told me we could definitely do early the following week and that he would call me before the weekend. He did not call. I naively assumed we were still on for early in the week. I called Monday morning and apparently I was forgotten but Vincent said they could do the work on Wednesday. Unfortunately I was unable to meet on Wednesday, or even Thursday of that week. Now I am stuck with finding a new painter and going through all of this again. It was unprofessional and inconsiderate for no one to call or email. I feel like these small companies want your business but just do not have the ability to run them well. I wish I lived in a world where I can just sit around and wait on painters all day.
