Description of Work: Replaced two outside faucets. Unexpected issues caused the replacement of an inside house valve that failed which was work not part of the original deal. |Eastern Mechanical quickly called in additional resources to resolve the issue. |Overall the job went well and was completed, I am pleased with Easterns work |

Not sure why but this provider started with good communication at first but then stopped communicating. When I emailed a reminder, communication started back, but dropped again. I was finally able to get the work schedule which looks to be high quality. I would still consider using them in the future.

We had a broken clean out. When I called the office to inquire about pricing, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the receptionist. She worked really hard to help keep me in the budgeted price I was thinking and even scheduled it within 48 hours. The worker showed up about 20 minutes past the scheduled time frame but he did call ahead to let me know he was running behind from a job before mine. The plumber Stacey was very personable, walked me through what he was going to do and even checked in with me a couple of times. What great service we received. I will definitely use them again and recommend them!

AWFUL!,! Do not use these people! We have been without hot water for nearly a week because they replaced a hot water heater, we continued to have a leak, and now instead of taking care of it, we are waiting on a part. They now won't return our phone calls. We have been dealing with this for nearly two weeks.

Thank you for your feed back. The company the work order was put through is the customers home warranty company. Unfortunately the water heater First American purchased a part on the water heater was defective. A part had to be shipped from manufacture company. Our company was responsible for the labor of the install which is not the issue. We have gone above and beyond by contacting the manufacture company, paying for shipping for this when it should have come through the warranty company that purchased heater and lastly we have been in direct conversation with the home owner, but do to being a third party are hands are tied until the part comes in,

I had a mess! Right before Christmas my guest bathroom was a disaster there was a leak that was causing mold and damage to my bathroom ceiling. Tiffany stepped right in and made miracles happen! Her people came in found the source of the leak in my shower repaired it professionally in a timely manner and for a more than reasonable cost considering the damage. My bathroom looked great when family and friends came over for the holidays. Thank you for your hard work! I can not wait to refer you to friends and family!
