+ -1 moreAll aspects of the service were done perfectly. The initial call and scheduling were smooth and Diane offered to have Glenn call when he was about 30 minutes away. I received the call today, as requested, that he was about 30 minutes away, right on schedule. The process of exposing the tank and pumping was done very thoroughly with zero spills. The tank lid and cover were replaced and tidied up. I appreciate that they accept credit cards as payment and also that, per my request, he was able to drive one of his smaller trucks to our house because we have a pretty tight turn area in our driveway. It was a totally professional and efficient operation.
Description of Work: Pumped out and inspected our septic tank.

+ -1 moreDid exactly as described, namely pumped and cleaned. Did it quickly and left little to no effluent on the ground (previous vendors have not been as careful with the odorous residue in the vacuum hoses) In fact, had I not watched what was involved I would not have known he actually did all that I describe as he went about his business quietly. Once finished payment, via credit card, was easily made over the phone. We were more than satisfied with their service.
Description of Work: Pumped liquids and solids from my 1,500 gal. tank.Cleaned tank walls and the out-to-the-leach field filter assembly.

Description of Work: I've used Bailey's before to fix the float alarm. They are very friendly and responsive to my call backs with questions. They fixed the problem so I wouldn't have issues with the alarms going off.

My first thought was how in the world would I find anyone to come out today who would not charge me an enormous amount. He was at my house at 7:00 AM, pumped my septic tank and my neighbors on Christmas Eve morning and charged an reasonable fee. He saved my holiday!

Description of Work: The septic tank, after 8 years, was pumped clean. His equipment was clean and well maintained. It was rinsed after pumping and zero residue was left behind. From 2001, the price was up, but no higher than expected. The owner operator, Mr. Bailey, was easygoing, friendly, and responsive. I enjoyed our experience, and would certainly call him again.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME WITHIN AN HOUR AFTER I CALLED. THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. THEY EVEN DID SOME EXTRA WORK THAT HAD TO BE DONE, AS THE COMPANY THAT HAD CLEANED IT BEFORE OVERLOOKED IT.
