+ -1 moreAfter a coordial e-mail letting him know of the damage, they stuck by the clause of the HVAC ducting and area not able to be inspected.The contractor used, said all this was in plain view and should have been seen by the inspector. This is and has been an unpleasant experiance to myself and my wife.
Description of Work: I would not recommend this company. They came out to the the pre purchase inspection on the house we bought. and it was aparent he did not inspect under the house. and he had the nerve to put a clause in the report that due to HVAC ducting portions of the crawl space was not able to be inspected. While true to the right side as you went under the house. The area of the improper repairs to joist which were visable just as you opened the crawl space door. He also did not inspect the area were the floor boards were broken and a hole in the floor. The ducting in this area was off the ground and the floor damage was viewable without havingt o go under or over a duct right below the damage.
