William's work was fantastic. Our crawlspace is very tight, so it was not the easiest work environment. It took multiple days to re-work the pipes, but the end product was worth it. It's been 6 months since the work was done, and we have not had any issues with the flow of waste in the main line. We also selected William to do the work because he was flexible on the work that needed to be done in the front of the house. Other plumbing contractors quoted upwards of $2k to repair the underground line in the front yard, but most of that cost was the labor to dig the yard and access the pipe. William allowed us to expose the pipe ourselves so that he could make the repair. This flexibility allowed us to save almost 75% off the competitors' pricing. One of the best things William did while performing the work was securing our water lines to the floor joists in the crawlspace. This was not something that was "broken" or related to the issue, but he offered to do it anyway when he quoted the work, and it really opened up the space underneath the house, making access for other projects much better. We definitely would recommend him to others and will likely be using his services again in the future.

Great. He really knew his way around our ancient plumbing. we have a 100 year old house. Best Plumber in the North Carolina Triangle area. Really holds true to his company name!!!

I found "AA Plumber" in Angie's list w/excellent reviews and called asking to have someone come over and turn the water off. William walked me through the whole process at a level I could understand - I have cognitive issues so awesome communicator on his part for that alone. William also talked me through in Detail to make sure all was shutdown successfully. He stayed on phone with me til closure and didn't charge me a dime. What an angel! I am Very grateful for his kind help and I plan on calling "AA Plumber" for maintenance of my own residence' Water Heater that is due.

I found him on Angie?s List. They charged with the price of the garbage disposal $532. It was pretty good, I?d say. He installed the garbage disposal that he brought himself. Later on, I noticed that it?s not really working as well as I expected it to have, so I contacted him. He was pretty responsive and explained things to me. I still don?t know if this is the way it?s supposed to work or not. So, I don?t know. In terms of like his professionalism, I would say ?A?, but in terms of the product, I?m not sure if the product that I?m getting is the best one. Quality, I give a ?B?, because I am not sure about the product. He was pretty punctual. The things that he did, I think that he did them right. I haven?t used that many plumbers to compare him to. So, I don?t know about the price, I don?t know about the quality and a lot of stuff, I don?t know what to compare to really. He was very responsive and came right away. I?ve had experiences with other people and it?s hard to even get ahold of them. So, I was very impressed with him that way. Actually, one of the reasons I choose him, because I saw when people would leave a complaint, he would respond to them on Angie?s List, every single person.

Excellent. William was very responsive to our schedule needs. Showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly. Price was about what I expected. They left the area cleaner than when they started. They will be our first call for our next plumbing problem.

It was absolutely painless! I emailed from this site at midnight. By morning William called. He and his assistant were at my home within the hour. The water heater was replaced a little after noon that day. Other companies I called either responded too late, were more expensive, or never even called at all!. I was impressed with their pleasant attitude, knowledge of the product and promptness!

All his jobs completed have gone very well. If there is a further issue with equipment or parts, he goes the extra mile to resolve with the manufacturer in the best interest of the customer.

We were washing clothes on Friday night and we discovered that the water draining from the washer was overflowing the downstairs toilet. We contacted the emergency service for a plumber we had used before but had not received a response as of Saturday morning. We contacted A A Plumber who immediately answered the phone. We described the problem, received a quote and William was at our house within the hour. He located a clean out which we were not aware of and used equipment to grind out the tree roots clogging the sewer line. He completed the work in about an hour and a half. Overall we were very impressed with William's quick response. We highly recommend A A Plumber.

The plumbers did a great job, especially considering the extremely difficult work space underneath the house, and they did some additional work with no charge.

William and Bobby arrived on time and quickly repaired the toilet. I also asked about low water pressure and after they thoroughly investigated, it was determined to be low pressure coming into the house. He gave me possible options to consider.

William arrived around 8:00 p.m. and stayed until the work was completed at 10:00 p.m. I was able to take a hot shower this morning. Thank you William for repairing our flooded water heater.

William and Bobby worked in the high heat of August to open a large area of the yard by hand due to the utility wires. They were diligent, courteous, efficient, and professional even as they lost several pounds sweating throughout the LONG couple of days it took to complete the project. Thank you for your endeavors on my behalf.

William and Bobby arrived on time and did a great job. William stuck to the prices quoted over the phone, and they did not rush through the job and did everything necessary to make sure each step of the work was done right. Everything is working fine with no leaks.

The work went very well. William was very polite and did an excellent job of fixing the problems. With the faucet, he has to replace some of the internal mechanism. While at it he installed a stop valve on the pipe leading to the faucet so that the household had water while the repair was being done. This was very thoughtful of him. The flush tank replacements were done very well. The bolts that connect the tank to the commode had rusted completely. He replaced the bolts and internal mechanisms. The work space around the toilets were as clean after the job as they were before. Each tank took about 1.25 hrs to complete. I'm very satisfied with his work.

Owner William was very courteous and made an extra effort to accommodate us. Bill the plumber he sent for the job corrected the problem and stayed until he was sure the toilet was flushing completely. We would use them again without question.

William was easy to work with. He was on time for the estimate and he was on time for project start. If I'm in need of a plumber again I will start with a phone call to AA Plumber.

As part of remodeling our lower level, we needed to move the gas line feeding our dryer and move the laundry hook ups to another wall. This involved drilling a new hole through the brick foundation for the gas line and filling in the old feed line entry point. New laundry hookups were installed on a back wall for hot/cold water feeds and drainage. We also had an outside faucet that was in a very inconvenient place. William suggested a much better place that we never thought of and it is perfect. While he was here he also snaked out the drainage. William was very professional in both responding promptly to our initial call and showing up on time. He explained everything clearly in his first visit and gave me the estimate before he left! His estimate beat out a few other plumbers we talked with about the same work. Once the work was completed, he took pictures in the crawl space to help explain and show what he did for us. He will be the first plumber we call for future plumbing work.

Excellent, no issues. William was great. Out of the estimates we got he was the only one who really went under the sink to measure the size we would need to replace the sink. He also gave us places to go for the sink. His estimate was actually higher than actual cost. He takes pride in his work, very professional.
