William is an honest plumber who does a great job at an affordable price. Our hot water heater started leaking in the middle of the night last night (I realized it when water came through the ceiling). After seeing good reviews here on Angie's List I called A A Plumber this morning and within two hours William was here on a Saturday fixing it. I bought a new one at Lowes, and William had it installed in a few hours. There are no leaks, he installed the emergecy drip pan correctly (unlike the last guy), and everything works great! Highly recommended!!

My regular plumber is too busy to help me right now, so we went with William. Water heater replacement went great. We were able to run a dedicated water line for the recirculating pump without putting holes in the walls or ceilings. The recirculating pump works great except for one bathtub. William is working on getting that corrected. It is a unique issue and may be the faucet, not the recirculating pump. William responds to calls quick and lets you know when he is available. Shows up in a reasonable time frame. I would use this plumber again when my regular guy is too busy.

He was on time, He completed his task with minimal interference in my daily duties. He identified problems that I did not know existed, and fixed them. William is an outstanding plumber who perform at the high degree of excellence any plumber could.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! How often these days do contractors and tradesmen fail to show up for appts and never call? All the time! William of aa plumbing was running late for my appointment and was thoughtful enough not only to call me about a hour ahead of time to let me know, but then again when he was on the way to tell me exactly time he would arrive. That alone made an extremely positive first impression on me! I was assuming that I'd have to replace the water heater. But William pointed out that I had very high quality unit that was only 8 years old. He suggested trying to repair it and gave me a quote to replace the element and the overflow valve, as well as cleaning up the exterior rust/water stains. As it turned out, he had to leave to go get the correct part and I'm sure the job took much longer than he anticipated. But he did not charge more than his initial quote. He did a beautiful job and saved us a ton of money (another plumber I had used recently quoted me $1,350.00 over the phone to replace the water heater!). It turns out that William is a Marine Corps veteran and also worked as a civilian contractor for the military in Iraq. He is just an incredibly honest, hard-working guy and I hope you'll consider using him for your plumbing needs.

Went through the process of eliminating a plumbing issue. William was very thorough in the way he troubleshooted my issue. I was having problems with water pressure and one faucet in particular was causing issues when water was used in other parts of the house. William was timely, explained all the issues and then described the solution before he went about fixing it.

My laundry/kitchen drain pipe was backing up when the washing machine pumped water into the pipe. The plumber used all but about 9 feet of a 75 foot electric snake; he then ran it again after he put a larger head on the snake (one that was spade shaped and almost as wide as the pipe). He made sure everything was clean and put back together when he was finished. It took about an hour, and I was glad he was available and reasonably priced on a Saturday.

Water from our private well occasionally contained sediment (sand) which fouled the pipes, toilets,etc. A previous filter which had been installed was not large enough to do the job and the situation was getting worse. I bought a larger filter from a local hardware store designed to treat the whole house. I contacted AA Plumber and he was available to come out that day. He removed the old filter and installed the new filter that afternoon. Now I have clear, clean water with no visible sediment.

He stayed until the job was done. He did an excellent job. He placed the shut off valve for the house at a place i could reach easily. It was on floor behind hot water heater which was difficult

William replaced the laundry box. He was great to work with. He was easy to reach by phone when I first called to make the appointment. He arrived right on time - at the very beginning of the appointment window. He quickly identified the problem, went to purchase the correct parts, and efficiently finished the installation. Before he left, he hooked my washing machine back up and ensured there were no leaks. I will call William first next time I have plumbing work to do! Thank you for your help! This is the second time working with William and its always a pleasure. He fixed both a half bath toilet and a outside faucet. William will take the time to walk you through the repair on how it will happen , what needs to happen in order to fix it and gives you a sound estimate on the cost. He is very through and its obvious he takes pride in the work. We'll be using him again! I highly recommend.

William did an exceptional job helping us with our plumbing needs. He was very thorough, explained the issue and helped us understand why the issue happened. He is very knowledgeable, great customer service, and even shared with us about some cost savings initiatives for home owners on the electric and water bill. My husband and I are now researching an HRU (heating recovery unit) for our home. Fantastic service! Was a pleasure to work with was on time and able to identified the problem fast. Also unclogged a drain and didn't even charge me! Would highly recommend William at AA Plumbing Inc. Will definitely use him in the future!

I called late in the day and left a message. William returned my call a few minutes later. I explained my issues, that I had originally had a pinhole leak in a 3/4 inch hot water pipe and had attempted to repair it myself. I was not successful at my repair attempt and ended up with a cut pipe that I could not get the repair connector to stay on under pressure and in the process also broke the cold water cutoff valve to the hot water heater. (I am obviously not meant to be a plumber). William told me he was on another job but would be glad to come in a couple of hours when he was done. I agreed and he said he would call when he was headed my way. Almost exactly 2 hours later he called and told me he was on his way and would be there in about 30 minutes. William arrived promptly and I took him and showed him the job. He quickly assessed the job and went and got the parts and tools needed from his truck. He was very efficient and professional and very personable. Within a very short time he had completed the repairs and we turned the water back on. He cleaned up and we spent a few minutes talking and settling up the bill (it was very reasonable) and then he went back one more time to make sure there were no leaks. He reminded me that his work is warranted for one year which is a big plus and very rare in this day and age. I know my job was a small one, and after a long day spent working under someone else's house, William could have easily turned down the job or put me off until the next day, but he willingly came out late in the day and made sure I didn't have to have another cold shower. His quick response time and efficient work tells me he truly cares about his clients. I chose William because I had read most of the reviews on him on Angie's List and was impressed. I wasn't let down. I highly recommend William and A A Plumber, Inc. I will definitely use him again if I (and I'm sure I will) need plumbing services again. Thank you William!

This was a pleasurable experience if home maintenance costs can ever be pleasurable. The technologist was able to take on a job that another Angie's list vendor could not perform within our budget. The installation of a new hot water heater under our home was not an easy job as he had less than 5 ft in height to work with. The work also required the technician to slice through a drain pipe to remove the old unit, repair the drain pipe and relocate the new unit against the concrete wall in the crawl space. The labor rate was fair. I was allowed to provide both the water heater and supplies as opposed to repurchase through the vendor with vendor mark-up. All in all, the project took less than four hours, the worksite was left tidy and I am confident that the work is high quality. Hire them, you can rely on their integrity. Jeffrey Harris

At 4:30 I had someone at the home. She had called to inform the company that she was running behind and they replied that they didn't have the appointment on the books. This wasn't a surprise as it sounded as if the person who called me back was on the road or working from their vehicle. I was told that someone would be there in 10-15 minutes. It was probably 45 minutes later when William arrived at my home. Pro: They were responsive and professional. Same day service. No trying to upsell Con: They were late for the appointment and underestimated time until they would arrive. In all I would use this company again for all plumbing needs. They were fair, honest, and professional. Cost was in line for most companies to come out and diagnose a problem. With all that I feel that a little grace is warranted for them running behind/miscommunication. Thank you AA Plumbing, we will see each other again (hopefully not too soon though, no offense!)

We had a back flow coming into the tubs and showers from the toilet. Our house was built in the 50's and AA plumber knew exactly what to do to get us back on track. Out plumber installed a clean-out and replaced some old pipes. He let us know what we might need to do in the future since we still have some older pipes and settling issues. I know if we do have any plumbing issues we will be calling AA plumber to fix them.

It went well. William had a unusual installation of installing a hot water tank on the second floor in a closet in tight quarters on a platform. He took him longer that he expected because of that situation. But, William was very professtional and did a great job of installing the hot water tank. He did not know at the time that he would have to lift the hot water tank on a platform 3ft high. He was ethical did not charge extra for this time consuming difficult installation. My husband and I were very please and would hire him again and would refer him if we were in need of a plumber. He was later that expected but did keep both my husband and myself of his arrival time. I had 5 estimates and found his price to be very eccomical. I was glad I choose William as our plumber! Thank you William we appreciated you and give you an "A"!

I woke up early on a Saturday morning to find I had no water. I called AA Plumbing based on Angie's list info and was able to speak with William real time about my problem. William came out that morning to replace a bad pump control box but determined my well pump was bad in addition to the box. After removing the bad pump William took the extra time to examine the 160 foot long pump wiring harness. During this time William found, and showed me, damage to the original wiring harness which likely would have been a future problem, 160 feet down in the well ! William wound up having to spend his entire weekend to complete this project. He made the commitment to have water back on at my house by the end of the weekend even after I told him I could wait till Monday for completion. Bottom line is I was very impressed, and appreciative, of William's "customer first, get the job" done attitude, his patience and attention to detail ! I commend William and recommend A A Plumber to you.

William was on time according to his appointment and showed him where the new heater was needed. We discussed it and he asked where the circuit breakers were. He indicated a situation in the breaker box that required attention, which I appreciated. Nothing further was required. He went about installing the new heater that took about 3 hours as he had told me it would take. Took a picture of the new heater which saved me going out in the cold. And he copied all the pertinent info needed from the tank and gave me it on a separate paper along with the receipt. He was pleasant and professional in our conversations.

William was prompt, very professional, and personable. He was careful to explain everything he was going to do along the way and also showed me how I could manage these leaking faucets myself under normal wear circumstances. Very fair price for the amount of time involved in getting the faucets apart, going to get parts, etc. He did a great job, no more leaks. When William returned to fix the drain line in the wall, he had to make several holes in the drywall to locate the part of the drain line that was leaking. He determined the leak was due to a cast iron drain line that had never been anchored in the wall, so it slipped and separated from the upstairs line in the ceiling. After thinking about this for a short while he came up with a perfect solution, which was jacking the pipe up from the crawl space beneath the house and getting it to join again with the drain pipe above. This worked perfectly and did not take very much time, so the cost was minimal at $185 for such a challenging problem. We are very satisfied with the work and thought that William was just great. We would definitely use him again.

William performed some plumbing remodeling for us recently. The quality of the installation was excellent. William provided great quality materials and took his time to review all options. He works well with other contractors and proved to be quite trustworthy and dependable. I highly recommend AA PLUMBER!

William came to inspect a frozen waterline to make sure there was no damage. He was very professional. He took the time to educate me on what to look for as well as how to prevent the line from freezing in the future. He was very thorough in his inspection which made me confident in his assessment. I will definitely use William in the future for any plumbing needs. My neighbor was at my house at the time and later commented that he will call William as well if he has any plumbing needs.

We had a clogged toilet just before thanksgiving and were going to be hosting a number of people. The owner/operator showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly, even explaining how I could perform the task myself if needed, and presented a pricing list for all services. He even took a look at another minor issue with an outside hose and offered advice on the repair and quoted what his service fee would be if I wanted to pursue it in the future. A very good overall experience.

William is a pleasure to work with, and the finished product looks very professionally done and beautiful. I had to change the date a couple times due to my own issues getting the correct fixtures, and William was always easy to reach and very accomodating. Another plumber had advised me that I would have to cut through a wall to do the shower work, but William was able to complete the work without going through the wall, which was a big relief for me.
