We chose Platinum to paint our home in Nags Head, NC. It was a fairly complex job, and involved old and damaged siding, plus many porches, eaves and gables. Weather is always a factor in OBX, and there was an immutable deadline to meet despite high winds and rains. Platinum worked closely with us to coordinate best painting “windows” and access to the property. Their crews were professional and amazingly hard working. Debbie was always available, and addressed any questions, and was meticulous. The project finished as needed, and the results were beautiful. Kudos to Platinum.

Spoke with company on Monday and they set up an appointment for Tuesday at 10 am to provide estimate. No one showed up. Tried contacting the company Tuesday afternoon and left a voice message and again this morning. They are not answering the phone or returning my phone calls. Still no contact from company.

Platinum Painting is a very professional, knowledgeable and passionate company. They provided updates as the job progressed and always communicate any issues or concerns they find during job. They have a network of professional who will come make any repairs to unforeseen issues during job. I met with and received over 15 different quotes from painting companies in the OBX and Platinum Painting wasn't the lowest or highest quote but their knowledge and passion for doing a professional job sold me. Best decision I could of made.

They do a great job painting. Often going out of there way to do more to make our home even nicer! They are so professional, punctual and do great work. I have hired 3x times to do our painting inside. I highly recommend them to paint your home too, you won’t be sorry!!!

Platium Painting is the most professional and diligent company I’ve ever hired. They make sure their customer is happy and satisfied. Debbie and her crew are excellent and caring. They work hard and do great work. Our popcorn ceiling is as smooth as butter. Debbie even kept me calm over color choices. The work they did on our wood railings and windows is amazing. We are new to the area and this company was a god send. I’d use them again and highly recommend them. From start to finish an excellent company. If you want the job done right this is the company to call! We are extremely happy with how they made our house into a beautiful home.

FANTASTIC !! Debbie and her hand picked crew were prompt, professional and personal. They were exceptional in everything they did. They often went over and beyond. Debbie was available whenever we called and would be there in person if needed. The project went without a hitch. They were excellent company to work with. Great attention to detail, sent us updates via photos and once the project was complete the follow up was amazing. They came back to do touch up work and were very detailed about not missing one thing. Great company to do business with! They go out of their way to provide great service and follow up service. Platinum painting did an excellent job. The entire exterior of the house was power washed and painted and the deck was power washed and stained. We couldn't be happier with the entire process and the end result. Debbie was very communicative through the process and the work was completed within the timeframe that was given. They also replaced several boards that were rotten and replaced an exterior door. The premisis was left tidy at the end of each day and i was comfortable allowing access to our home when we weren't there to complete the door replacement and painting. I highly recommend Platinum Painting for any of your home painting projects.

Quality of work was excellent and completed as agreed and within the timeframe that was committed. Owner was in constant communication as to progress. Was very comfortable granting access to the house when we weren't there to complete painting of the doors. Upon completion the house looks like new and all materials were removed and left like a new home. Highly recommend Debbie and Platinum Painting for any job big or small.

Dave and Debbie at Platinum are the best painting outfit on the beach. They are polite, responsive and their work is second to none. You can rely on them to give you exactly what you ask for (plus more), at a reasonable price in a very professional manner. We've used various painters over the years for off-season maintenance (and in-season emergency work) and no one comes close to Platinum. I hesitated to write this review, as I am tempted to keep them a secret; you'll be pleased with the result when you go with Platinum.

Dave and Deb Broadbent were professional, and they did a great job. They went above and beyond, as we had work done inside to our home prior to Platinum Painting coming in to do the outside. We were on dead line to finish right before the rental season began, Deb said she had no problem finishing up dry wall touches and painting after inside piping was replaced. what happened was the inside dry way replacement became an immense job and somehow Platinum stepped up worked around the clock over the weekend to finish now the added on job of inside and out. Our home looks incredible and i can't say enough about the work, the job and the stepping up to help us out without notice and getting the job done! thanks to Deb and Dave and their entire team of great workers the Haskins

Nice company to work with. Debbie Broadbent is a hands on business person. Too frequently a contractor you hire to do repairs/paint etc on your home turns the job over to a third party as soon as you hire them and you never see that person you hired again until it's time to pay. Debbie was attentive and available through out the project. Platinum painted my 10 year old, 3 story house constructed of Hardee Plank. Upon completion it looked brand new, now one year later it still looks brand new.

Due to the weather at that time of year, it took several weeks, with the crew working on the house when weather permitted, to complete the job. Caulking should not be applied when the house is wet from morning dew or after a rain (both of which were an issue at that time of year). You want to seal the moisture OUT not IN. So there were many days when the caulking could not be done. I got regular updates via email about the progress. While I was anxious for the job to get done, I was more concerned that it be done RIGHT. So was the provider. The crew cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess behind. I was so fortunate to find this company. I would use this company again. They are professional from the first contact until the job is done. The quality of work was excellent.

They visited our home, gave us a written estimate and approximate start time. Work was done in a very professional manner and looked great! All the work was completed within the time frame promised with no mess left behind. I would highly recommend this contractor and they're first on my list for any future work.

Vendor finished prior to the scheduled completion date and we were happy with everything. It was a great experience with no problems!

The most recent interior paint job and all the work we have had done by Platinum Painting over several years is always top notch. They are responsive and get the jobs done in a timely manner. They are very good about working around our schedule and the weeks we have the house rented out.

The owners of the business came to the house early on the day that they had promised. Reviewed the scope of the project with us and als with their employees.
