Description of Work: Delta T gave me a quote to replace the heat and air conditioner compressor units and indoor air handler with American Standard brand equipment at half the cost quoted by two other name brand dealers. Internet research indicates that American Standard brand HAC equipment is comparable to Trane brand units of the same size.

+ -1 moreOne of our (2) heat pumps failed during a very warm day and just before family came to live w/ us for a few days. Called for service about 3:00 pm and had service people on site w/in the hour. The service people were knowledgeable, very pleasant and efficient. Less than an hour later, our unit was up and running at a very reasonable cost.
Description of Work: Repaired one of two A/C units servicing our home and checked the other one.
