+ -1 moreThey were terrific! I can't say enough good things about them. I think their price is fair because I did the job up here in Maryland where I live with the contractors I usually use, and then I got a bid from Coastal and it was a competitive price. I must have interviewed and gotten bids from 8 different contractors down there, and I can Google HVAC and no more than those guys, but Billy from Coastal Aire knew exactly what I needed with the problem I was telling him. He gave me a good design and a good deal before I committed to any work, and the work he did was topnotch. It was high quality. He was right behind you. The way he installed the air handlers was great. He exceeded my expectations. I will tell others to go ahead and get competitive bids, but I believe if you look at the quality of the work and the way he prices his work, he will stand out as a contractor.
Description of Work: Coastal Aire is doing heating and air conditioning work for me at a different property this week.

+ -1 moreThe technician was friendly and was able to do the repair quickly. Before we knew it the AC was back on.
Description of Work: Our AC was leaking coolant and needed recharged. It was not cooling the house and we were miserable. Coastal Aire was able to repair the issues quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with our service. We have had no issues since.
