We first contacted this provider during the late summer after seeing his advertisement in a trade publication. He called us regularly to promote his services. We spoke to others for whom he had done a job and saw an example of the work. At the end of October, we made an initial payment to order the building, concrete was poured and partial frame erected. Three weeks later, we were told the barn was delivered to the company but they couldn't bring it to the site all at one time. One more day's work erected the majority of the frame. Since then the provider has come approximately 3 times more for a few hours each time and finished the framing. It has been over two weeks since the last appearance. Even allowing for bad weather, we haven't seen any of the rest of the barn materials. There have been many days when they said they were coming, but they did not show up.
Description of Work: Provider was contracted to construct 4-stall metal barn with overhanging wings. They worked fewer than 8 days out of the last 120. Barn is unfinished and all materials are not accounted for.
