Description of Work: The second month they didn't show up. But it was getting close to Christmas week, so I said "Just put it over to the 1st week in Jan. so they said that would cost more, because it would be a 2-mo. rate. They never did apologize for not showing up. Since I was the one that was inconvenienced I couldn't see why I should pay them more. I now have a reliable service.

Description of Work: Alice was punctual on time and did some amazing work on a difficult house. The quality is evident and she and her team made our lives much better. She was also flexible to work with. Alice came high recommended from our friends in Preston and now I see why. Reasonable prices and really nice to see a team put pride on their work. A+++++
