Description of Work: Contacted to have a walk-in shower installed. He came to measure. Said that the unit he used was too tall for our space. He said he would research another unit and call us the next day. To this date we have not heard from him.

+ -1 moreWe had a friend of ours, who had come in and said he would take care of it, so we went with him. The people who came out and gave us the estimate were professional and punctual. They seemed like they knew what they were doing.

+ -1 moreHenry Dail, manager, came with 2 highly motiviated and courteous installers. Together we went over the work to be done, where to mount the external Rinnai. The technitcians were In just 3 hours, the unit was fully functional.efficient, know what they were doing and cleaned up well after the work was don. In addition, they instructed my wife and me how to set the temperature controls and how the system works.
Description of Work: Install Rinnai natural gas tankless hot water heater.
