McDaniel Heating Air Conditioning & Electrical, Inc.

Hired these guys to get a new install through final inspection. They failed 3 inspections. They told me they had went back and repaired everything on the inspection report, but this morning they failed again. They took my money and they called Gaston county building services and said they didnt want to be on the permit any more. Basicly stole my money, did terrible work, and jumped off the permit. Chris Mcdaniel ripped me off!!

Chris was a pleasure to work with from a quote to install the unit very pleased with the work Chris and his employees started around 930 and finished around 1 with everything done and cleaned up would highly recommend this company

I hired McDaniel Heating and Air to replace a heating unit which had gone bad. I was so glad to find someone I felt I completely trust. Chris was genuinely concerned about giving me the most satisfactory unit for my house. The choice was perfect. My home has never been warmer. When the job was done, the clean-up was immaculate. Again, I just couldn't be happier with the job.

We actually had 3 other estimates from other Heating and Air companies. We had chosen Chris for his excellent customer service and professionalism. Unlike the others, he spent a lot of time with us making sure our questions were answered thoroughly. Because of his honesty, we were not pressured with the sale.
