Fantastic! The guys are responsive and even try to help you over the phone if they know they aren't available for a day or two. We have only had an issue once where one of the guys left and inadvertently left with a third task incomplete. Another gentleman came out the following day to fix it and even fixed another faucet we were doing ourselves at no charge. Great people.

M and T Plumbing was contacted on Dec 3 and on Dec 4 a representative came out as scheduled and provided an estimate to replace all of the water lines. ||I give the rep my card before he left and requested that he provide a more detail description of the work to be performed via email. The rep left and said he would provide the information. I called the next day and requested a status and was told it would be sent. I did not received a reply and did not call to ask for the status again.

I noticed a puddle forming in our yard where a plumber had installed a pressure switch (PRV) less than 2 years before. After finding out that plumber was out of business, I called Gastonia Sheet Metal for a referrel. I called Mand T and someone set up an appointment for the next day. The plumber arrived on time, dug to the problem, and explained what had happened. We discussed the situation and found we did not even need this as we were on community well, not city water. I asked if he could repair it by putting it back the way it was and he said, "Yes, and it will save you $100 for the part." Not only did he repair the part but also put the grass back so there was no evidence of the work. It has been 6 months and everything is still fine.
