 + -1 moreUnprofessional young couple who stormed off our property before we could even get an estimate. Intimidated by being questioned about being late. Said he got held up, cause he was washing his equipment. Wife had confirmed the appointment the night before. They disagreed on my lawn right in front of us. He got offended, and abruptly walked away from his wife and I. They were definitely not on the same accord. Wife stated they would give an estimate and do the job the same day. He disagreed he could do it. They showed up 2 hours late, no respect for peoples time. After leaving, sent me a 50 word text ranting and raving telling me I need to go pray. Wow, this is not the first time I've gotten help from Angie's List and got a company with a bad disposition. Emailed me back and wanted me to take a pick of the tree and sent it to him for an estimate, Won't happen. Feel sorry for Alli.😒 Then after leaving my house, he FLOODED my phone with emails and comments. I didn't respond because I feared he could return and retaliate. I truly felt that after arriving to my home he was intimidated because I questioned why they were 2 hours late after I had confirmed an appointment the night before with his wife Alli.
