Miguel called 2 hours after I inquired on line. He came on a Sunday afternoon with other field tech and completed the job.

Written quote very vague. Verbal quote and written quote did not include same services and billed for painting doors after job completion when they were discussed and included during initial quote. Sent unskilled workers to do painting job. One skilled painter had to come back to fix job. Agreed to 2 coats of paint but only applied one coat on stairway walls.

Due to hurricane Durian I asked Home Advisor for a recommendation.. THEy promplly answered my call for services, anv quote for the replacement of a patio roof. I havent actually used him because the job required to be scheduled for October 21,, 2019. He described exactly how he would do the job including the quality of the materials to be used right down to the type of nails he would use, the shingles and treated plywood he would also use!! this review is based upon his knowledge of the job along with his sincerity!!

My entire first floor had flood damage. This company took care of everything. The owner, Miguel Morales, is an absolute professional. He and his crew do superb work in a very timely manner. Everything was done exactly how I asked. He even made improvements to make things easier for me. I was more than satisfied with the quality of the work done. I will be lining up more work for him to do. I feel very fortunate to have found his company!

First time we hired Miguel to do our fireplace tiling. Good job with the assistance of a tiler. This time was a horrible experience. Staff didn t know what they were doing, left cigarette butts in yard, trampled plants and our bathroom remodel turned into nightmare which had to be fixed by other contractors. He didn t properly supervise his staff and after spending a lot of money, we were very disappointed in his workmanship. Don t hire until he gets new staff. You

I employed the Professional Handyman over the phone in another city. I waited to see the finished work before paying the balance of the contract. I am pleased with the work ad also with the rapidity with which the job was completed. The task was to replaster a bedroom ceiling that had been damaged by water and then to paint it. I didn't explore pricing pricing before accepting the contract. The work included sheet rock patch. Cut drywall. Fix repair drywall sparkle; remove popcorn ceiling. Clean up mess that includes moving furniture. Paint ceiling white. Job was completed in 24 hours. Cost was $1040.81. I am very satisfied with results. Would recommend Professional Handyman to others. Would like feedback re: how reasonable cost is.

Did what was promised In a timely fashion.

Does a professional job. Wants you to be satisfied. Takes no money upfront. Asks you to look at the completed work to see if all mold/mildew is removed. Saw only a few spots and he went back over them to my satisfaction.
