Excellent. I contacted the company on several occasions. First I needed a new water heater, and a smaller capacity water heater was recommended instead of a much more expensive higher capacity. Works great and no issues with water demand. Then I had some issues with exterior faucets, and they were fixed. Recently I had a toilet replaced. The person I spoke with when I called for service was polite and made an appointment when we spoke. I will definitely use R. Blivens again.

Rob Bliven, the owner, came out to inspect the system and make a recommendation to alleviate the problem. Rob was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. We decided to take out the existing on-demand heater and replace it with an electric hot water tank with a recycling pump. This would involve extending the county water line from the South side of the house to the garage on the North side of the house. Rob scheduled the work for the following Wednesday by my request. While Rob was here he helped me with a plumbing question I had concerning our pool valves. Rob showed up first thing in the morning on Wednesday with two other plumbers, Kevin and Les. I had decided I also wanted to add a water softener to the system and we were going to do this at another time after the heater was installed. Later that day Rob came over with a water softener and installed it that day. He had researched the type we needed and personally went to purchase it and bring it to our house. Kevin and Les worked all day changing the piping, setting up the heater, recycling pump, and the water softener. They only had to shut off our water for about 30 minutes. The next morning they returned and insulated all the hot water pipes, made sure everything was working properly, and to clean up, The area was in better condition after they finished than before they began. They were meticulous in all their work and very attentive to details. When they were done they came into the house and inspected each faucet and drain. They ended up cleaning all of the faucet filters, cleaned three slow draining drains, corrected a faulty drain installation in the kitchen and gave us a new stopper for the kitchen sink. The water pressure from the faucets is now the best we have had and the sinks now drain quickly. We have almost instant hot water at all outlets. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of the work. Throughout the whole experience Rob, Kevin, and Les were polite, answered questions we asked, and were thoughtful about how their work affected our day. What I thought was going to be a stressful transition turned out to be the best experience we have had with any Tradesman. I heartily recommend R. My service tech was Chris and he was awesome ! He was on time, polite and very professional. He fixed our H2O heater, cleaned up, and answered all my questions. R. Blevins plumbing is lucky to have him !

It went very well. The service man was efficient and knowledgeable, explaining options as he worked in two bathrooms with fixtures which were older models. He was able to find parts needed quickly and finished the job at my convenience.

When I contacted R Blivens,I told them I was just getting estimates. They were courteous and professional. Rob sowed up on time and spent about an hour looking at the job and asking questions a bout what I wanted. He then emailed me a quote the next day that was very competitive. I will be using this company in October when I am doing the renovations.

Great job in replacing the pipe, butI expected them to dispose of the old broken pipe. They just left it there.

A leak was discovered in master shower that was leaking into my carport. It appeared that no water was going down the drain.I originally called a plumbing company that I had used previously. Could not get them to return my call. After two days of waiting I called Blivens Plumbing on Saturday afternoon and my call was returned Sunday morning. They showed up promptly on Monday morning. The service individual was very nice, very professional, on time and quick. I was afraid this leak was going to be a major repair job that was going to cost a lot. Turned out that the drain was corroded and not allowing water to flow through the pipe. The awesome repairman rebuilt the drain in about 30 minutes and we were ready to go. The cost was $117.00, extremely resonable and honest. I would highly recommend Blivens Plumbing and will definetely use this company again if and when needed. Thanks for the great service.

We had a leak in our supply water line between the meter and the house. Worse that line was run over 35 feet under an existing driveway. Told Blivens I needed a creative solution that DID NOT involve 8-10 cement trucks and 40 yards of fresh cement. Mr. Blivens came thru in spades. He agreed w me the better course of action was to bore a new supply line under the driveway at right angles and then bring the line to the font of the house thru a new supply box and shut off valve. Not a cheap fix but much better and less costly-intrusive/timetaking than any alternative that involved jack hammers and digging up the driveway. Mr. Bliven's employee showed up on time as scheduled and labored mightily throughout the day to complete the work. The new supply box was located exactly where I asked. the job was completed on time, on budget and in a workmanlike manner. You bet I would recommend and use this plumbing service again.

Chris saved the day for us. It turned out that our do-it-yourself plumbing repair was a very bad idea. The faucet was old and not the type that is used anymore, so not worth putting any more time or money into it. But Chris, polite and very professional, examined the work that we did and complimented us, saying that we had made a great effort. Chris had a couple of new faucets available in his service truck and we looked at the options and decided on a very nice one. He went through the specs on the model we chose and had it installed within the hour. The faucet was way better than the one we were trying to save. Chris' time was just over an hour and he did a fantastic job. We were very fortunate to "stumble upon" Blevins plumbing on Angie's List, and we will use them now for all our plumbing needs. They stand behind their work, they are family owned, and they take pride in delivering excellent customer service! I can't say enough wonderful things about them - I trust them.

I cannot say enough good things about Blivens plumbing. I had a leak in one of my bathrooms in my condo. However, I don't live near the property. I had no idea what was causing the leak. I called Blivens plumbing and had to leave a message. My call was returned within a half an hour. I made an appointment for the next day. Mr. Blivens showed up on time. I explained to him that there had been water between the shower and toilet. He immediately determined that the problem was the mechanism inside the tank was bad and needed to be replaced. He also replaced the handle. I was extremely pleased with the service and will defintely use Blivens plumbing again.

It went exceptionally well. I was not expecting the level of service that I received.

When Mr Blevins and his worker arrived at his appointed time, I led them through the house and showed them the trap door to the underfloor well. When the worker took off the outside door water began to flow steadily from the opening. The worker lowered himself through the deck and recognorted the area with a flash light. There was at least 3 inches of water standing around the pump casing but had not entered the pump. The decision was made to let the area dry out completely. He also, reviewed the new water meter site in the front lawn and gave me an estimate as to how much it would cost to do the plumbing attachment to the house. We shook hands and they left.

They were very good. I will give them A on all the categories. They were punctual and professional. They get right to the point. They have fair price. I would recommend them and use them again.

He did the original plumbing when the house was built, and I'm quite satisfied with his punctuality, work quality and pricing with whatever I've asked him to do since. I'm happy that he's still in business.
