Description of Work: I like the way they do business. No long waiting due to wet carpet after cleaning. Owner operator means you are getting the best. I was very happy.

 + -1 moreCalled on Friday and scheduled appt for Monday morning. We received an e-mail confirmation with all information and a link to change appt., if necessary. Received a call on Monday morning informing us of the time of arrival and he was here when he said he would be.Very professional, clean cut, answered questions and explained differences between steam cleaning and the OxiFresh system. Received a survey and coupon for ourselves or business associate/friend.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning of 4 bedrooms and an area rug. Had dog "throw up" stains and some other stains that had been there for awhile. All the stains came out and the carpets look great! Dried within about 4-5 hours (some more quickly).
