+ -1 moreExcellent. T.A. Neal is very responsive. I purchased a house and OPSS was providing service. I kept him and he's been very responsive and lets me know of any issues. I pay for the entire year upfront and OPSS provides a discount for this. I've compared other OPSS to other companies and OPSS offers an excellent value.
Description of Work: Annual pool and and spa service, open and close pool at the beginning and end of the seasons.

+ -1 moreWithin three days they had it all cleaned and balanced. Saved me a lot of work.
Description of Work: Opened a very green pool. Cleaned the cover and rolled it up. Put in chemicals to clean it. Hooked up the pump and replaced parts needed. Came back twice every day to vacuum and back flush until it was totally clean and chemicals balanced.
