+ -1 moreGreg showed up right on time and performed a thorough inspection. Our home inspector, who was there at the same time, commented that Greg was the most thorough pest inspector around. He spent more than an hour inspecting the home. Upon completion he pointed out several areas that posed long-term risks. He determined that there was no need for treatment for termites and gave us advice on dealing with other pests that are common on the Outer Banks.
Description of Work: Greg performed a termite inspection and provided a termite certificate for a home we purchased.
