Worst experience. House was dirty. Beach Realty (Jason Ward) refused to provide cleaning service at end of first week. Beach Realty failed to disclose the material fact that we would be blocked from all beach access - construction project had already been set up in front of our house for days before we arrived - but they never mentioned it - said I was 'obnoxious' for bringing it up - failed to relocate us to another house with beach access. Beach Realty did not care that my 86 year old Mother would not even be able to get on the beach. The staff were rude and unprofessional. Shameful.
Description of Work: Rented oceanfront beach house for two weeks.

VERY HELPFUL TO FIND THE RIGHT HOME FOR OUR NEEDS. WE LOOK FOR HOMES THAT ARE BEACH FRONT AND TAKE OUR PET. THEY ALSO HAVE TO HAVE POOL. SO THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL OF OUR NEEDS AND A GOOD PRICE.
Description of Work: BEACH HOME RENTALS FOR THE OUTER BANKS. SERVICES INCLUDE LINENS, POOL SERVICE, HOT TUB SERVICE.
