Overall we're happy with the result. They did a nice job of turning a dense, brush-, and pine- choked jungle into an attractive open, park-like setting. Hunt and his crew did a good job of asking us questions about what we wanted, and were willing to do pretty much whatever we asked while they were here. Price-wise, I'm sure we could have gotten this done cheaper, but we wanted a knowledgable, professional crew that was eager to work and wouldn't be nickel and diming us over every additional tree we wanted taken down. That's what we got and we're satisfied.

There is a great deal of disagreement between the owner and his workers. The owner wants jobs to be finished fast and tends to neglect quality. The owner also pulls workers off jobs before work is finished and then they do not return for a good amount of time. There is no secretary, so planning is sloppy. I will admit the workers do a good job. But the job is good because of them and not the owner. I will not have them again.

They were very professional and polite. I think that they did a good job overall, and I was quite satisfied.

Hunt's crew worked with me until the sun set trimming the trees on the north and west side of the house. They were very patient and willing to stretch to reach the hard-to-get limbs. I found a couple of additional pines and Hunt was very easy about pricing and having the crew take them down. They did an excellent job cleaning up and then dumped the mulched remains in the back yard. I will say Hunt enjoys negotiating and will press when he thinks you have an interest. Be patient, ask him to have his insurance agent send you Hunt's coverage, and work on the price. I would hire him again.

This was a response to our call to remove a tree from our home after hurricane Irene. A representative arrived after a call and stated the cost to be $1500.00 to cut the tree from the house and leave it to be removed by FEMA. Can you believe he said FEMA would remove the cut parts of the tree and dispose of them. How stupid to these people thing the public is, especially when they were trying to gouge us at a time when we were under duress after a hurricane. Solution....We hired a person that does our yard work to pull the tree from the house and cut it and deliver all parts to the street where the town is picking up all damaged tree parts....COST....including damage to shingles and siding...appx $600.00(haven't had the small damage to roof completed as yet) We give this company A+ for and quot;gouge the publicand quot;
