Description of Work: I have only bought material form these guys. It's always good quality and reasonable prices. They recently delivered 32,000 pounds of #57 gravel on a moments notice for some drain / foundation work I was doing. The guys usually need a day or more heads up. They delivered an hour after I showed up and paid for it.

Description of Work: I phoned to get topsoil delivered and spread at my residence. The lady that answered said that her business was not able to deliver and spread the topsoil, or do any landscaping, however she gave me the name of 2 companies in the area to call for estimates. (Her company sold the products to these folks). I was very pleased with one of the landscapers who delieverd and spread topsoil and mulch and did some other lawncare tasks for me. I will continue to use them in the future.

 + -1 moreWhat I did not expect was to be totally ignored. I called and left a message. - No return phone call. My husband and I went there on a Saturday. The representative politely took our contact information but they didn't call back. I called one more time and they told me that they were busy delivering stone to AB Seed (what has that got to do with me?) but when they were done, they would work on this problem. It has been at least four days since that phone call; and, I have received no callback. I would think they would be embarrassed to have a descriptionof their shoddy work posted here and would make some effort to provide a response.
Description of Work: I contacted Triad Mulch because they had applied a stone wall to the foundation of my house several years ago. On one side of the house, the wall has literally fallen off. Since we had several years of use of the wall before this incident, I was not expecting them to fix this problem for free; however, I did expect some type of discount because one should expect this type investment to last longer than a few years.

 + 0 moreBrad Coleman and his team worked with us to get exactly what I had envisioned including coming back a second time to add length to wall beyond what we had originally agreed. Once the play set was up they came back to install playground mulch the next day. On Labor Day weekend, no less! Brad and his crews were incredibly responsive to our needs and very patient even when my 2 year old decided to "help" spread mulch.
Description of Work: Installed a stone retaining wall with backfill and playground mulch to level a portion of the yard for a playset.
