Description of Work: I had a crawl space that had been left open to the elements and to many stray cats for four years. The space had to be cleared of trash, they cleaned and treated for mold and mildew on the floor joist, and put down new vapor barrier. They put down lime to help eliminate the cat smell. The space looked great when they where done. They handled all of the problems and I was very satisfied with the results.

Description of Work: We have only had a estimate. It was very thorough, and they answered further questions when called. Most thorough ad best price so far. One more estimate this week.

Description of Work: Came very promptly and gave a well define description of the problem. Price seemed reasonable and would probably have accepted the service. Instead, I sold the property as is and gave the new owner a copy of the proposal.

Description of Work: We have been getting a lot of rain in this area, so I had a very musty, damp smell in my house. I called Soggy Bottom Waterproofing (along with other companies) to arrange a meeting and get an estimate.I got quite a few proposals with varying price ranges and varying solutions.Mr Ferguson took the time to discuss with me his proposal and why he chose that particular solution.I didn't get that much information and time from some of the other companies. Some of the other companies also suggested much more drastic (and expensive) solutions.He treated the mold and mildew in my crawl space, put in a vapor barrrier and installed an Eco-System that filtered and cleaned out the musty air. I have been VERY pleased with his work, most especially since it has rained EVERY day this month of August.He was very punctual, very professional and his quote was not the most expensive. I feel like I made the best choice and I would use him again (even though its looking like I won't have to!)
