We began working with the company in early June, paid an $8,000 deposit, but unfortunately had to recently part ways due to lack of professionalism and customer service. Fortunately, we did receive our deposit back, but if customer satisfaction and professionalism are important to you, we would strongly caution you moving forward with this company. In trying to resolve our differences with the owner, we started documenting our communications and are able to share the emails and conversations that show the lack of professionalism and customer service that we unfortunately experienced.
Description of Work: 670 feet of vinyl and wood fencing installed

+ -1 moreThis company was a bit pricey but I wanted the fence asap and they were able to do it immediately. The installers were prompt and worked continuously - no wasting time. This is one of the best investments I have made. It looks great and we are really enjoying it. There was one area where the bottom of the fence was not pulled tight enough, but we corrected that.
Description of Work: fenced back yard totaling 470 feet, 4 gates. One was a double gate.

Sandel Fence Builder has a full line of Aluminum Fence styles to choose from and we are experienced on the installation to provide years of a problem free fence. Our vinyl fence is made from Certainteed Products and offers up to lifetime warranties. We also offer removal of your old fence and haul off. Other services we construct are: decks, screen porches, patios, roofing, window replacement, door replacement and more.
We do not offer plumbing, land surveying, electrical services and tree removal due to insurance and licenses.
