+ -1 moreAfter I spoke with Michelle, she said she would speak with the owner and we never got a response. We will never use this company again. Very unethical.
Description of Work: When we purchased a new home, Triad Water relocated our Rainsoft system for us. We paid $350.00 and had to have the tank changed out because we went from using city water to using water from a well. We were told our annual bill would be $195.00. We paid this annual charge for three years until we we started have water pressure issues. We finally identified the low water pressure could be a result of the water system. We called Triad Water and they came out. My husband always make a point of being around when our home was being serviced. Good thing he did, he discovered the technician had left some wires unplugged and dirt had gotten into the tank when the technician set the top on the ground while refilling the tank. However, the technician claimed he did not know how these things happened and thought we were going to pay him for his service call. He was the only technician that ever serviced our unit. He was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to us and could care less if he lost our business. Triad Water lost our trust this day and they failed to act on the complaint that was placed against their company.

Description of Work: I have been a Triad Water customer for over 20 years. I purchased my RainSoft water purification system then, and Triad Water has serviced it annually ever since. This year they completely replaced the carbon media, cleaned the salt tank and serviced my RO unit. They have always been extremely professional and have provided excellent quality of work at a very fair price. I highly recommend Triad Water and their RainSoft service!

Description of Work: I tried contacting them several times for an estimate to relocate my softner. They never responded to emails or phone messages. I called Rainsoft's home office to ask if there was anyone else locally to work with me. Unfortunately, Rainsoft Triad was the only one who serviced my area. The head office contacted them and had them contact me with a price to relocate my softner(only). They said it could cost from $350 to $550 in labor alone. Having been quoted such a ridiculous price, I called a local plumber who did an excellent job for $100 which included the few materials needed. I WILL NEVER call this Rainsoft agent again.

+ -1 moreThey put a small survey online which we responded to. They called to see if they could have a representative come out and we were so impressed that we went ahead and got it. We are very, very happy with it. The experience was very positive. The sales rep was very personable and thorough. He did a good job of actually demonstrating and showing us things that were easy to understand about the quality of the water and what was in our water now that we would not want to drink. He was not condescending and didn't dumb down stuff. He was very clear and professional. The young man that came to install it was unbelievably hard working. I could hardly get him to stop to have lunch. He came two days in a row to make sure everything was finished and that every t was crossed and i dotted. He was a contract worker but still worked for Rainsoft. He was wonderful. The product has made a huge difference in our health and well-being. We didn't compare pricing but it was probably cheaper than if we had purchased it from a home improvement store. They also said that if we ever move they will come and move it for free. We also received what amounts to about a lifetime supply of soap products that are engineered particularly to work with the soft water. We really got a lot of bang for our buck. They were great and we would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We used Rainsoft to install a full water purification and softening system.

+ -1 moreTHE WORKERS WERE REALLY DOWN HOME. THE SERVICE PEOPLE DID EXCELLENT WORK. THE EQUIPMENT IS REAL NICE AND IT WORKS REAL GOOD. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE INTEREST FEES IF YOU HAVE TO FINANCE.

+ -1 moreTHE WATER SOFTENER ISN'T WORKING AS GOOD AS A NEW WATER SOFTENER SHOULD. IT IS MAKING A FEW NOISES SO I DON'T THINK THEY PUT IT IN CORRECTLY. THEY REALLY TOOK THEIR JOB SERIOUSLY, THOUGH.
