+ -1 moreOld PC not used in years, could not donate or discard, not know how to ensure the hard drive would be cleaned. Had two laptops & had been interested in making one wireless without purchasing a new computer. Roberto discussed what I wanted to accomplish & what I was interested in purchasing. He researched & provided me a detailed invoice. Allowed me time to review, was willing to discuss the differences provided by going to more expensive pieces and what would not be beneficial based on my computers. He provided me another invoice within 24 hours. Called to confirm I was available at the agreed upon time 2 hours prior to the appointment. Arrived right on time and immediately went to work. Explained everything he was doing, sought my input, answered questions or showed me how to do things (including things outside of the agreed upon work he was doing for me). I will use him as I trust he will help me shop for the best equipment without ending up with more bells & whistles than needed.
Description of Work: Purchased wireless network equipment, setup a secure wireless network for my desktop and laptop, installed a wireless card on my laptop, purchased and installed my anti-virus software, completely erased my older computer's hard drive, installed Windows XP Professional on my laptop, installed external CD burner and transferred data to an external storage device.
