Shannon Parker built a screened porch for us from the ground up. He had no problem tying into our roof when other contractors we had talked to hemmed and hawed and did not know how to get it done. Shannon's communication skills are excellent; he kept us informed at every step of the way regarding progress and advising us of any cost changes (due to our plan changes) or rain delays. It was a pleasure to work with him from start to finish, and the screened porch turned out beyond our expectations due to his knowledge, skill and attention to detail. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone doing new construction or building a screened porch, and we would hire him again. Oh, and his pricing is fair, too. We are delighted with our screened porch!

We could not be happier with the entire experience! Shannon and his crew were so friendly and even took the time to explain what they were doing at times to my kids who were super curious! The deck looks amazing and I will refer everyone possible to Parker Construction!!

From the moment I met Shannon I knew I wanted him to build out porch. When other contractors said "no" to what I wanted and could not (or did not want to) find ways to make it happen, he said "yes" and made it happen -- and with excellence. Shannon and his team went extra miles for us -- did more than what was required to make our porch stronger, safer, nicer, and more attractive than we envisioned. They did not cut corners. When they told us something, they followed through. They were focused and committed the whole way, and I always knew what to expect each day. If something needed more time, they took it. If it could be done a better way, they did it. They came to work each morning with smiles and good attitudes that carried them through the day; there was never an unhappy moment on this project. The entire experience was a joy, and although I'm happy to be enjoying the porch, I really miss their being here! Most people who have undergone a multi-week construction project can't say that about who they hired. I can, and so can you if you choose Shannon Parker.

Shannon Parker and his crew did a great job building our two-level, 800 sq.ft. deck. He was a pleasure to work with. I am contemplating another project that I would like him to do. If you need a new or rebuilt deck or porch I would highly recommend him.

The work was outstanding and Mr.Parker was so nice.The finish deck was so beautiful I just could'nt believe it.If you need a deck he's your man.
