Very punctual and professional service. They came highly recommended. We choose a cheaper option and got what we paid for. Bad quality. I'd give Mitchco a chance at my next set of work.

I really can't say enough good things about Mitchco and the quality of their work, professionalism and responsiveness. Geoffrey Mitchell was recommended to us by our realtor to repair some water damage to our house after we had already moved to our new home in another state. All of our correspondence was long distance via telephone talking or texting. Geoffrey was incredibly pleasant, friendly and professional with each contact, and throughout the project he texted me pictures of the progress from start to completion. Once the job was finished, I returned to view the work for myself and was incredibly pleased. For bricking the windows and filling in the window wells he matched the 1950's exterior brick as exactly as possible and once the job was completed he cleaned the interior and exterior areas thoroughly, leaving it looking way better than it had before (vaccuming, pressure washing, re-piling dirt, etc.). Because he had trouble matching the existing paint in the finished basement area, he went above and beyond and repainted the entire room for no extra charge. The sheetrock job was perfectly seamless. Geoffrey also agreed to come back and repaint a section of trim and offered to come back several months from now when we put our house on the market if we had any problems. I sent a check by mail and when he received it he texted me to let me know and make sure I was satisfied before he deposited it, which of course I was. I have a had a lot of interactions with contractors (most of whom were found on Angie's List) in the past 6 months with getting estimates and hiring them to do work on our new house (paint, floors, masonry, hvac, gutters, etc.) and though most of them were pretty good NONE of them have compared to Geoffrey Mitchell and Mitchco in terms of communication, professionalism, attention to detail, timeliness and quality of work. I would not hesitate to hire them again and wish very much that I could for our new house, but we are out of state.
