+ -1 moreAwesome.... and he cleans up after himself and you would never know he was there. He comes when he says, and calls if something changes.
Description of Work: Mark was referred to us by another neighbor. He has done many things for us including: building a new set of stairs wide enough and safe for a person using a walker; install a new toilet; replace a subfloor which was torn up by the gas company when lines were installed in the attic; install a gas stove; built a cover for the jacuzzi bathtub not being used; and he even modified a set of store-bought pet stairs by adding a top "landing" to make it easier for her to turn around at the top of the stairs! Mark is very professional, trustworthy, and I would only call him in the future for anything I need around the house. He has a brilliant engineer's mind as well... and figure out a solution to anything in your home.
