Description of Work: They arrived on time and stayed the 3 hours I paid for, then $50 more to the provider for some extra time. Satisfactory work.

Description of Work: Maid-to-Please showed up on the dot to clean my apartment. I purchased 6 hours of cleaning service. They did a fantastic job on what they cleaned. However, I wouldn't say that they did a deep clean. There were still some corners and furniture that had dust and cobwebs around them, and I thought a deep clean included the fridge being cleaned, however this was not the case or this was just simple miscommunication between myself and the management. Overall, I was impressed with the work but a little disappointed that it didn't look like a deep clean. The bathrooms were spotless, carpets vacuumed, Windows wiped down, microwave was clean as a whistle, etc. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism from management. My only suggestion is to highlight your definition of a normal clean vs. a deep clean.

We hired Maid to Please to clean this house from top to bottom, including washing windows both inside and outside. My wife and I could not have been happier with their work. We feel like we got good value and great service for our money.

Description of Work: Services provided were A++. There was additional cleaning needed and the rates were very affordable. They did a GREAT job! They were courteous, polite and all business. Will definitely be using again!

Description of Work: This was a cleaning of my empty rental before I turned in my keys for it to be inspected by the landlord. I had never met the person who cleaned my house, and my schedule made it so that I would not be able to meet her or be there during the cleaning. She texted me day of to confirm, when she got there, and when she left. She stayed an extra hour to finish the job to her satisfaction. The house was immaculate. The fact that she went the extra mile to do the job right despite no one being around to hold her accountable just goes to show that there are some great business people out there who take pride in their work. I will be using her services again in the future!

Description of Work: Cleaned 4-br house before sale. Kitchen had a significant buildup of cooking grease on old solid wood cabinets. Maid to Please was able to remove more of the build up than I expected and completed my specific requests. They were on time and professional.
